Returns & Refunds Policy
At Eliza Archery, we want customers to be happy with their purchase. Please read the below policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items
Items may be returned if:
- The item is faulty
- The wrong item was supplied
- Parts are missing from the order compared to what was advertised
Cosmetic imperfections, packaging wear and minor finish variations are not considered faults unless they affect the functionality of the product.
Exchanges and warranty claims are assessed on a case by case basis and may require the manufacturer to be contacted before approval is given.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, items may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be returned in original packaging
- The item must be in resellable condition
Returns that cannot be resold as new may be refused.
Approved change of mind returns are issued as store credit only.
A re-stocking and administration fee starting from 15% will apply. Original shipping costs, payment processing fees and other expenses incurred are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for organising and paying return shipping for change of mind returns.
No returns or refunds are available for:
- Special order items
- Clearance items
- Discounted items

Return Timeframe
Eligible items must be received by Eliza Archery within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits & Order Cancellations
Goods remain the property of Eliza Archery until paid in full.
Deposits are non-refundable if payment terms are not completed or if the order is cancelled after stock has been allocated, ordered or prepared.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to have a manufacturer fault or shipping damage.
If a fault is confirmed, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed.
