Backorder Policy
By placing a backorder with Eliza Archery, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Payment
All backorders must be paid for in full at the time the order is placed. This is because Eliza Archery is required to pay our suppliers in full when placing the order on your behalf.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Estimated arrival dates are provided as a guide only. Eliza Archery has no control over supplier production schedules, international freight, customs processing, shipping delays, or other factors that may affect delivery times. Delivery estimates may change without notice.
Cancellations
Backorders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed. In exceptional circumstances, Eliza Archery may agree to a cancellation at its sole discretion.
Where a cancellation is approved, a restocking and administration fee will apply. Any fees charged by the supplier, shipping provider, payment processor, or other third parties will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
Special Orders
Items ordered specifically for a customer, including custom, non-stocked, or special-order products, are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the order has been placed with the supplier.
Acceptance
By placing a backorder, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Backorder Policy.
