Eliza Archery ships Australia wide and internationally where available. Please read the below information before placing an order.
Processing Times
Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods, sales events or public holidays, dispatch times may be longer.
Special order items, custom items and supplier order products may require additional processing time. Customers will be contacted if significant delays occur.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided for orders sent using tracked shipping services where available.
Australia Post Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery of the parcel becomes the responsibility of Australia Post or the selected courier service.
Eliza Archery is responsible for lodging and dispatching the parcel correctly, however delivery timeframes, parcel handling, delays and lost parcels are managed by the shipping provider.
If a parcel is lost or delayed, we will assist customers by contacting Australia Post and providing any available tracking information.
Additional parcel insurance may be available for purchase through Australia Post at an extra cost. Customers requiring insurance coverage are encouraged to select this option where available.
Compensation for lost or damaged parcels is subject to the policies, investigation processes and decisions of Australia Post or the relevant courier service.
International Shipping
International shipping is available on selected products and destinations.
Customers are responsible for:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
Claims for shipping damage must be made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
