Backorder Policy

 

While we do our best to ensure that we have sufficient stock on all of our items, on rare occasions we may run out of stock. If we have to backorder your item, the process we follow is listed below. 


Backorder Process;
1.    Full or 50% payment is received from the customer
2.    Eliza Archery pays for the full cost and orders your item
3.    The Supplier posts the item
4.    Eliza Archery awaits the arrival


You will notice in the above process outline; Eliza Archery pays the full purchase price for all backordered items. This is why backorders are NON-REFUNDABLE as we are unable to cancel the order for you once it has been processed. 


Most orders domestically will arrive within a week; International orders generally can take between 2-4 weeks. Please be aware that on many occasions when placing these orders, we are unable to see the stock levels held by the supplier or manufacturer, and in some cases they may have to source it or manufacture it themselves before they can ship. You will note that once the item has left the supplier, it is in the hands of Australia Post or international postage companies, we have no influence/control as to when this arrives or how quickly it clears customs. 


NO REFUNDS are available for backordered items, once they have been paid for by Eliza Archery.


Any backorder both online or in-store automatically shows your agreement to this policy, and this is also available for viewing at elizaarchery.com.
